Yangzhou Yinyan Machinery Co., Ltd. recently completed the development and testing of the remote monitoring system for intelligent burners, and the monitoring indicators have reached the design requirements.

The system consists of Yangzhou Silver Flame'sThe "Smart Fuel Cloud" system remotely monitors the operation of burners at clients thousands of miles away through related sensing equipment, thus fundamentally changing the traditional mode of burner monitoring. The main features of the system are as follows:

1. Through the mobile phone APP applet, 24-hour remote real-time monitoring of the burner being used can be realized.

2. The system can not only collect and record the historical data of the burner, but also intelligently analyze the historical data of the burner, so that the best matching scheme of the key process data such as air volume, wind pressure and wind speed can be obtained from a large number of historical data.

3. The system is equipped with automatic alarm function. When the operating parameters of the burner change and affect the normal production, it can automatically alarm, prompting the kiln operator to pay attention to the operation of the burner in time, thus greatly reducing the working intensity of the kiln operator.

4. The system realizes remote intelligent stepless adjustment by adjusting the air volume through the butterfly valve, which fundamentally changes the design of traditional manual grading adjustment, thus greatly improving the accuracy of air volume adjustment.

5. Through the "smart cloud" system, burner manufacturers can remotely grasp the real-time use of the customer's burner, provide real-time operation recommendations, and can directly help customers remotely adjust operating parameters. At present, Yangzhou Yinyan is organizing an expert kiln operation team to achieve the remote service goal of "you produce, I see the fire.

Early inIn 2004, Yangzhou Yinyan cooperated with Xidian University and Southwest University of Science and Technology to research and develop an "intelligent pulverized coal burner", so that kiln operators can obtain first-hand information on the combustion status of the burner through the electronic monitoring system,Changed the history of empirical implementation of flame regulation. However, due to the limitations of communication, network and other related technical conditions at that time, the project failed to realize the remote monitoring of the burner.

At present, the remote system is designed with external wind given, external wind feedback, external wind pressure, internal wind given, internal wind feedback and internal wind pressure.6 key indicators. In addition, other related remote monitoring indicators can be added according to customer requirements.
