The company is adjacent to the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal,close to the Guangling exit in Ningbo-Yangzhou section of Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway,and about 20km from Yangtai Airport with very convenient traffic.
The company was established in 1998 and is an enterprise specialized in R&D and production of burners for rotary kilns. Now the products take a market share of nearly one-third throughout the country, and meanwhile are exported to Azerbaijan, Myanmar, Vietnam, Indonesia and other countries, enabling the company the leader of the industry. In 2009 we also established Yangzhou Kailin Yinyan Combustion Equipment Co, Ltd and expanded the field of operation to integrate installation,masonry，process commissioning and standard production of rotary kilns as a whole, and meanwhile provide process modification and technical consultation of rotary kilns.
Major products of the company are low-carbon burners for kilns, and the developed burners of pulverized coal (adaptable to low calorific heat value and high ash content), gas, natural gas, petroleum coke, heavy oil and mixed fuel have been widely applied in the industries of cement, lime, aluminium oxide and chemical, etc. in coordination with various 300-10000T/D rotary kilns. In recent years, in order to respond to the national environmental protection policies and adhere to the development trend of burners for kilns, our company has launched double-fan multichannel low-nitrogen burners better adapted to the market demand for great reduction of NOX emission. The products of the company are characterized by stable operational performance, remarkable effect and flexible adjustment. While the price is only 1/4-1/5 of the imported products, so as to save a lot of foreign exchange for customers, and shorten the period of construction of factories. As a result, the products are favored by the majority of customers.
The series intelligent burners developed by our company can not only simplify the operation of kiln head, but also realize remote control, marking the end of history that the kiln head workers observe flames only by experience. Among them, intelligent multichannel pulverized coal burner, intelligent mixed fuel burner and energy-saving high-efficiency multichannel mixed gas burner are awarded high-tech products of Jiangsu Province. High-efficiency energy-saving gas burner and high-efficiency low-nitrogen intelligent burner for rotary kiln are set up as scientific and technological innovation projects by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China. Since its establishment, the company has been rated as provincial high-tech enterprise for many times, and won the title of“National High-tech Enterprise" in 2014.
